2011 Outlook

Gunpoint´s aims to expand it´s existing one million ounce resource at Talapoosa, through an aggressive exploration program throughout 2011 and 2012. The company is planning to drill approximately 6000 metres at Talapoosa in the first half of 2011, to test a number of targets including;

  • High-grade vein/breccia hosted mineralization in the Dyke- Addit and Hidden Fault Area immediately west of the existing resource.
  • Explore for the feeder zone beneath the Talapoosa Resource. Steeply dipping feeder structures which cut through the existing resource. and appear to be focusing into a discrete zone at a depth of approximately 300m, where the Talapoosa and Ripper Faults are interpreted as coalescing. The IP survey that is currently being undertaken over the area is expected to assist in the targeting of this high-grade feeder structure.
  • Better define and drill-test several untested IP resistivity targets identified by reprocessing historic geophysical data.
  • Preliminary drill testing of the Appaloosa structural corridor, with mineralization extending over 5km strike length. Mineralization ranges from high-level vent breccias in the higher elevations (5000´) with anomalous As, Hg and gold grades up to 0.7g/t Au, to high-grade (up to 64g/t Au) vein-breccia zones at lower elevations (4300´).
