P. Randy Reifel
Chairman
Randy Reifel has been a senior executive in the exploration business for over 40 years. During this period he has distinguished himself as a successful, strategic entrepreneur. Mr. Reifel was president of two exploration companies focused in Latin America, Carson Gold Corp. and Francisco Gold Corp. Mr. Reifel's early recognition of the Kilometer 88 gold district in Venezuela led to Carson Gold being acquired in 1993. With Francisco Gold, Mr. Reifel played a primary role in the creation, development and financing of the El Sauzal and Marlin gold discoveries and the sale to Glamis Gold Ltd. for $390 million. Mr. Reifel was a director of Goldcorp Inc. for 13 years until being acquired by Newmont. Mr. Reifel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Masters of Science in Business Administration. Mr. Reifel is the Executive Chairman of Chesapeake Gold Corp.
Anna Tudela

Over 30 years of experience working with public companies in securities and corporate finance. Former Vice President of Diversity, Regulatory Affairs and Corporate Secretary of Goldcorp Inc. Founded Creating Choices which recognizes the value in a culture of diversity, inclusion and promoting the advancement of women. Ms. Tudela has received a Peter Day Governance Achievement Award for her work on governance and boards. Recognized and named one of the 100 Global Inspirational Women in Mining.
Charlie Ronkos

Over 43 years of exploration experience mainly in the United States, Canada and Latin America. For more than 25 years held executive positions with Goldcorp and Glamis Gold. As Vice President Exploration, associated with the discovery of over 40 million ounces of gold and 1.3 billion ounces of silver.
John Mackay
Director
Experienced strategic advisor and financer of early stage and established public and private companies. Recently CEO and Executive Chairman of Mosaic Capital, a public company with a portfolio of eleven Canadian industrial companies. Mosaic Capital was acquired in August, 2021 for $277 million. Prior to 2005, a securities law partner at McCarthy Tetrault LLP with focus on public offerings, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions.
John Perston
Director
John Perston is a professional geologist with 40 years experience in the mineral exploration and contracting business. Mr. Perston has worked extensively in Latin America since 1971 and brings a depth of experience in project evaluation and development. Prior to being a founding director of Francisco Gold Corp. in 1993, his consulting business identified Minefinders Corporation Ltd.’s Mexican Dolores project in 1991 and retained a royalty until 1998. Mr. Perston holds a B.Sc. Honors from London University and a Masters in Geology.
Randy Buffington

Mr. Buffington is currently the President and CEO of Nevada Copper and a director of Chesapeake Gold Corp.. Mr. Buffington is a professional engineer with over 25 years international experience in the development and operation of underground mines and large open pit projects. During his career, he has held senior executive positions with Barrick Gold, Placer Dome and Cominco.
